Privacy notice
How Inventi handles personal data, in plain language, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173).
What we collect
When you enquire about a listing we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you give us. When you become an owner or tenant with Inventi, we additionally keep the records a tenancy needs: your contact and identification details, lease and contract records, payment and remittance records, service requests, condition reports and the messages you exchange with our leasing desk.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings, prepare and administer lease contracts, collect and remit rent, maintain the property, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising beyond responding to the enquiry you made.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Tenancy records are kept for the life of the tenancy and for the retention period required of lease, tax and accounting records under Philippine law, after which they are disposed of securely.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep. Signed-in owners and tenants can export their data and file a deletion request directly from their account page; anyone can write to our leasing desk.
